1a ) TERMS AND CONDITIONS (part 2)

a ) Domestic Shipping
Satcom Services will manage shipment of all orders via the most economical means available from the various vendors represented by Satcom Services. All merchandise will be shipped directly from the vendor location.

b ) The shipping method is selected by the customer during the order process.

c ) Shipping and handling charges are based on a formula that takes into consideration:
1 ) Number of packages in an order.   2 ) Approximate weight of packages type of material and shipment required (e.g., air, surface, heavy cargo, etc.)   3 ) Vendor specific or special/hazardous material handling charges destination of the shipment (i.e., domestic, International, by zone, etc.)
International Shipping

d ) Important to note that all charges for shipping are paid by the customer. Satcom Services does not take any responsibility for import duties and any taxes that apply for each country. All international orders must be prepaid for shipping to take place unless a special Letter of Credit is arranged.
e ) Orders received by Satcom Services are typically submitted to suppliers on the same day. Due to time-zone differences, however, it is possible that an order will not be submitted to the supplier until the next business day. If an order is submitted after a given supplier's cut-off time for next day service, every effort will be made to inform you of the potential delay.
